Mileage
Every merent rental includes unlimited mileage.
Drive as far as you want across Georgia — no caps, no per-km fees, no surprises.
No deposit or security hold
We do not take a security deposit and do not place any holds on your bank card. You only pay the rental cost — transparent, with no hidden charges.

Insurance
Every vehicle has mandatory insurance coverage. Additionally, you can choose extended protection.
CASCO
- Does not cover glass and wheel damage
- Covers repairs costing more than $200
- Renter pays for repairs up to $200
Super CASCO
- Covers repair of any damage, including glass and wheels, if the repair cost exceeds $200
- Renter pays for repairs up to $200
Full coverage
- Covers repair of any damage
- No limit on repair cost
- Renter does not pay for repairs
Who can drive
- Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive. Transferring the vehicle to unauthorized persons is prohibited.
- Additional driver is added free of charge after document verification.
- By special approval, drivers under 21 with less than 3 years of experience incur a 50 GEL/day surcharge.

The car is provided clean, with a full tank and a complete set of documents. It should be returned in the same condition.

The car is provided with a full tank. Returning it with a completely empty tank costs 320 GEL; smaller fuel shortages are charged proportionally.
Usage territory
- The vehicle may be used throughout Georgia.
- Travel to the territory of Armenia is allowed by prior arrangement.
- Crossing the state border is possible only with prior written approval from merent.
Cancellation and booking changes
- Free cancellation or changes — no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance may incur a compensation fee. Details available when booking.
Rental agreement
The rental is formalized based on a public agreement. It contains the rights and obligations of both parties, liability terms, and dispute resolution procedures. Signing takes place upon vehicle pick-up.
